This position reports to the Commercial Operations Manager. The successful 310T HD Alignment Specialist is an important part of our team who is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and excellent quality of work!

JOB SUMMARY:
  • Specializes in front end and steering
  • Performs wheel alignments and sets vehicles to factory specifications
  • Properly secure vehicles to the alignment machine to ensure safe operation
  • Diagnoses and repairs the alignment and components of the wheel end system
  • Provides advice and expert opinion to solve tire wear issues
  • Works alongside Commercial Tire Technicians and Sales
  • Safely operates all tools and equipment
  • Works safely, wears PPE and maintains proper housekeeping by regular cleaning/maintenance within the shop
  • Inspects all workstations and equipment for safe operation and reports any deficiencies to the appropriate supervisor
  • Maintains positive work attitude and relations with co-workers and supervisors
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 310T Certification (Completed and Registered)
  • Understanding and comprehension of mechanical functions
  • Strong attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with the physical demands (heavy lifting) and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to be on your feet for long durations of time
  • English communication skills (spoken and written)
